  • Diagnosis and treatment of major and chronic diseases   (hypertension, diabetes, asthma, cholesterol problems, osteoarthritis, anemia, thyroid disease, obesity, and many more). 
  • Diagnosis and treatment of Anxiety and depression
  • Physical exam for adults and children
  • Refill of medications 
  • Pre-employment and school physical including paperwork for documentation
  • Weight loss program   (B12 shot / Lipo B shot / phentermine and other medications)
  • Immigration physical exam for Green Card
  • TB testing with reading and documentation
  • Excuse slip to school/work after a medical examination
